Yes, there are dotfiles there. We had some discussion in the past on
changing the default files for sipb guest accounts (see [1333] and
[1336]), so for now they're a bit different, but the changes aren't
all that critical (addition of Mail, Mail/inbox, Mail/context, and the
removal of the "Don't change the password" passwd alias).
