I bumped up project.outland's quota 5MB to 155MB to make room for some
work Yoav was doing.
As I feel that large volumes make load-balancing difficult, I'd like
to create project.outland.src and move the 56MB of source into that
volume. (Actually, it should be a bit less than 56MB, because Derek
should get rid of some older versions of term, but that's a detail.)
I started to do this based on agreement over zephyr, but a few people
thought I should send mail first. I'll do it in a few days unless
there's an objection.
(For the people who were talking over zephyr, I removed
project.outland.src and the mountpoint to it, so there has been no net
change at this point.)
