In preparation for migrating the rtfm services to a different machine,
I've created project.rtfm and given it a quota of 45000. It's mounted
as /afs/sipb/project/rtfm (in the read-write copy), and has an acl
(which should be changed) of system:anyuser rl,
system:charon-maintainers rlidwka.
Actually moving parts of the contents of
/afs/sipb/project/foo-server/picayune to /afs/sipb/project/rtfm must
be done with caution, since some scripts make references there
(usually through /afs/sipb/project/dec-charon, I believe). For now, I
will only move directories which I know aren't referenced by any
scripts or binaries (e.g. freeWAIS-0.202, which I set up myself and
need to upgrade to 0.3 anyway).
