Yoav managed to fill up rosebud:/vicepa by rm-ing a build tree in
project.outland and rebuilding.  I salvaged the partition, and started
to shuffle volumes about to relieve the skewed loading.  More details
forthcoming, in particular the splitting of project.gnu and
project.outland.
