I upped the quota of project.gnu to 300000 (300MB) from 270MB after
running out of space while updating gdb. (It only needed a little bit
of space for some temporary files, but we were slightly over quota to
begin with.)
300MB is a lot of space for a volume, but I'm not sure how to split it
up. The source and build stuff is already split off; that 300MB is
for user-visible files.
I'm nuking gdb builds as I install them (they're easily regenerated);
this should free up some space on rosebud:/vicep[abc].
