It really doesn't matter which is lower... However, I'm more
interested in seeing that we can keep at least one database server on
one of the old IP addresses for some period of time, so that people
don't all lose one day because they didn't get their CellServDB
updated on the correct day...
The way I see it, we can do one of a few things.
1) We can add a third server, bringing it up on 18.181, and move one
of the current servers directly to 18.181, and leaving the third on
18.70, or
2) We move just one server over to 18.181, leaving the second on
18.70.
I think that this last server should remain on 18.70 for at least a
couple weeks after the official change-over, possibly even a couple of
months, to allow CellServDBs to be changed without losing horribly.
If we cannot give this leeway, then I believe that we should not
change the IP addresses of our servers at all.
