I would like an ID in the SIPB AFS Cell. Currently I am unable to access the
binaries for pgp. It recommends :
** NOTE: If you cannot get to the binaries, that means that you do not
have an ID in the SIPB AFS Cell. To correct this, send mail to
"sipb-afsreq@athena" and request an entry in the user database. You
will *not* be able to run PGP until this is done.
