In case anyone wasn't clear, that wasn't actually an opener
for discussion. :-) It was the real proposal, which was hashed
out with the maintainers for the third time last night, as I
announced in the meeting this week and last week. That's what
we're asking for; if you think we need something else make
a note of it for next year.
