I set up nightly discuss backups of charon into afsland. In a nutshell, it
gtar -z's /usr/spool/discuss (without the srvtab) and sends it to
/afs/sipb/project/discus-backup.

I also made some modifications so that a vos release of project.discuss-bak is
done before the gtar'ing starts, so we have 2 days of backups on live disks.

AFS People: I created project.discuss-bak on rosebud c. I gave it some large
amount of quota, but it only uses ~ 21M (pluss the RO when the RO and RW
differ, ie most of the time). I also changed crontab on ronald-ann so that
synclocker and release.sh are run earlier...3:33 and 5:33 respectively.

Charon people: The script is installed in /usr/local/bin/discuss.backup.csh,
and is run out of crontab at 6:46. If someone wants to frob it so it runs
from nightly.jobs, feel free....but it has to run after the releases finish (I
allowed 1/2 hour). It takes ~1:24 min (for now)
