I logged into the sipb0 account test something out, and found out it
was over its 600k quota. There were many, many files in the
directory; it looked as if someone copied his/her home directory into
sipb0 and used it. Most of the files were dated May 18. I did not
attempt to determine who did this, but it should not be done in the
future. The sipb0 account, unlike the other sipbn accounts, is for
testing, not for guests. I have removed all of the files that were
there and copied the default sipb guest account dotfiles back into the
directory.
