What time was it? Matthew did a release of project in the afternoon,
and immediately afterwards I noticed that the vldb was still locked
and project/* was unavailable, so I unlocked and re-released it. It
seemed to fix things, and I needed to leave, so I didn't send mail...
No idea why the first release didn't unlock the VLDB.
