I've created project.periodic-pstgs on rosebud's b partition, to hold
stuff related to the *.answers newsgroups and the FAQ archives on
charon.
I'm moving this stuff out of /afs/sipb/project/dec-charon, although
I'll leave a symlink to the new location
(/afs/sipb/project/periodic-postings) there, because I want to have
more control over things like the quota for periodic-postings stuff.
