Note that (some of this may be obvious):

1) there are two CellServDB's:
	one in /usr/vice/etc		(used by client sfw)
	one in /usr/afs/etc		(used by server sfw).

On file servers, Transarc recommends having /usr/vice and /usr/afs
point to the same place.

2) the bosserver caches the cell server list in core, so you need to
restart it (and its subservers) if you want to add/delete a host by
editing the cellservdb file manually.
