Ok, I have run a reasonability test on the prdb in the SIPB cell, and
with that test, I am relatively confident that the prdb was not
corrupted (I did this to avoid unnecessary downtime).

Basically, the information from traversing the name hash chains is
equivalent to the information from traversing the id hash chains, and it
is also the case that the two prdb's only differ in bytes 5-8, which is
permissible (given the current implementation of the prserver). The
forms of corruption I did not check for were improper ownerships and
malformed membership information, but I do not see these as being likely
given the reconfiguration (or at least, if this corruptions does exist,
I believe it is long-standing, rather than caused by this weekend's
reconfiguration).
