The postmortem is currently in /afs/sipb/user/warlord/pm as the file
postmortem.txt and is under RCS, writable by system:administrators.
I'd like to get this to Jeff in the next couple days (read: by
Wednesday) So please bleed on it and make changes, using RCS.
It is NOT complete, and I will make some changes on it, too! But
please state your claims. We should definitely add what we learned,
and probably talk about what we are going to do to prevent this from
happening in the future.
