OK, I am told that some frobbing happened with the cell. That included
removing rosebud from ra, cellsrvdb and some other stuff.
WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED ?
and exactly what were the sequence of events ? and are you sure there are no
database inconsistancies ? Was the rosebud ever up when it had itself in its
own /usr/vice/etc/cellservdb and ronald ann did not ?
