OK, there is some misunderstnading here, the reason I was proposing using
sipb-vax is that we might need to temporarily add and AFS primary to the sipb
cell if we want to maintain quurrom if the Rosebud needs service.
I was not proposing putting the machine in full production as a server, just
using it as a stop-gap to keep the cell up.
