Changing the IP addres sounds bad...how about bringing a machine up as Opus
and adding that to the /usr/afs/etc/CellservDB on the servers so it thinks the
cell has 3 servers and it will have 2 / 3.5 votes ?
We would need to start database stuff on opus....this sounds to me like a job
for sipb-vax!
