WE've had a request from a player to make a ruling on locks and keys.
The question was "If you see a lock, can you tell people what the lock's
number was?" IE- "I found lock number 486, do you have key number 486?"
We've decided to let the first digit represent the general size and shape of
the lock, so you can use it to other players as a basic description of the
lock. So in the above example, you can ask "Do you have a key that starts
with 4?"
