OK, all you siege players and NPCs:
Search your rooms and habitations for darts, headbands, and badge holders.
Sure, you only have "one headband" or "three darts". Multiply that by half the
game, and Patrol has problems playing.
If you have EVEN ONE headband, dart, or badge holder, return it to ME (I'm in
NE43-006, send me email (ringrose@ai.mit.edu) or zephyr (ringrose) first). I
will gather them and return them to the appropriate place as soon as possible.

Your anonymity guaranteed. Well, at least, I'm not keeping track of who
returns what when, and even if I remember I'm not telling.
Yes, these are silly strips of cloth and toys. People get annoyed all out of
proportion by their absence, so just return 'em if you've got 'em.
