A warning from the CP's:
People outside of building 16 MUST NOT BE SEEN by NPs doing anything
weird. Any trouble REALLY WILL get the game shut down. No fooling, no
second chances. You should never forget this this!
-- Corollary: the beat CPs won't necessarily get the word that the game
is happening for two-three days, so they won't be prepared to deal with
plastic guns. ASK QUESTIONS FIRST, SHOOT PLASTIC DISKS LATER. Their
guns shoot lead pellets at high speeds.
