Hello all. Well, it looks like packet handout managed to happen, and
not too late either. Of course, it remains to be seen how many unseen perils
await in the results of rapid stuffing :)
Things which came up at handout that not everyone might have heard about:

-	Tomorrow at 8pm in 1-190 is the openinc ceremonies of the scientific
conference, presided over by President Lantos himself. All players are
requested to attend.
-	The multiple lettered packets that people have are event packets. They
are like memory packets, except that you open them when a GM tells you to "open
event packet X".
-	Some characters (scientists especially) may well have some RTIs in their
packet which are not listed in their character sheet. These are not a mistake,
and they should indeed have them.
-	Any bulky items in your packets should start off in your room, and must
be move from there in-game.
-	In a worst case scenario, we may need another player or so, and a waiting
list is always nice. If you have any friends interested in playing, get them in
touch with us.
-	If you think that anything in your packet is wrong/missing/etc, ask us
tomorrow. The control room will be 16-135, and should be manned soon before
game start at 6pm. Also, GMs should be available online most of the day. Just
zwrite -c ankara-1943-gms to get in touch with one.
-	Lastly, Rick's Cafe, located in 16-141, will be opening tomorrow at 7pm.
8mp, in 1-190, is the opening ceremonies of the scientific conference, presided
over by President Lantos himself. All players are requested to attend.

Rules updates:
-	Disarms require only that the disarmer be in zone of control, not that
they touch the weapon.
-	New torso hit rules:
If you are hit in the head or torso, you are unconscious. You will die in
fifteen minutes unless someone uses an ability which tells you otherwise.
If you are hit in the head or torso a second time while still counting down
to your death, you will die in five minutes from the second shot or fifteen
from the first, whichever is sooner. If you are hit in the head or torso a
third time while you are counting down to die, you can stop counting -
you're dead.
-	Anything stated in the rules to be in yellow (combat card, appearance
card) does not exist. All relevant information is on your character sheet. You
should make yourself a combat and appearance card (just a piece of paper will
do).

That's all for now. Good luck to you all as game begins. Have fun ;)
