For those of you who who do not know how to print out the rules and
scenario, type the following:
add karat
cd /mit/karat/Public
dvips -f filename.dvi | lpr -Pprintername2 -h
Replace printername with the nearest Athena printer (add the 2 to the
end of the name to use both sides of the paper). Replace
filename.dvi by rules.dvi or scenario.dvi, whichever you want to print out.
Also, the scenario just underwent a minor modification. If you
already printed out a copy, you should know that the following paragraph of
recent information has been added to the "Closed Universe" section:
Soon after Ankara was closed, the police with the aid of the military carried
out a massive sweep of the city for guns to ensure the safety of the
President and the visiting scientists. Guns were confiscated but due to the
large scale, no arrests were made. Thus, members of the Turkish police and
military shall be the only inhabitants of Ankara carrying weapons. (Of course,
this is the official story. Whether or not guns may be brought back into the
city by the Black Market or some such organization is another thing entirely.)
