Insanity, Stability, and Quirks are all *mechanics*. Unless you have some
reason to believe that you may discuss them in character, you may *not*. Do
not discuss points of Insanity, points of Stability, Quirks, or stages/levels
of insanity; just say things like "i'm going nuts, i keep thinking everyone
i see is an elephant!" or whatever is appropriate. "i've hit stage 3!" is
NOT appropriate, nor is "I hit a new stage" or anything of the sort. Simply
role-play whatever Quirks you may have.
