So there have been a bunch of earthquakes in underground San Francisco. None
of you are quite sure what caused them; earthquakes don't usually act like
this. Some effects are:
* Normal people can now enter the underground in only 2 minutes, but still may
not pass between buildings.
* People with caving may now enter the underground instantly, and may pass
instantly between buildings.
* Some buildings entrances have collapsed. The GMs will have the packets
back on the walls as soon as we can reprint them (Physplant ripped everything
down).
There may also be some effects which not everyone realizes...
