For spell casters (ignore this if you don't know what I'm talking about) -
spell costs CANNOT go below 1. No cost-0 spells.
You may not throw little foam pellets in the middle of martial combat unless
you know otherwise. If you think you know otherwise, talk to a GM.
For techies: (ignore this if you don't know what I'm talking about) -
blueprints can be transcribed from paper to data by someone who knows
how to write a Datastore program. Datastore programs can be copied.
Blueprints CANNOT be replicated on paper.
