If you have a little piece of paper,
it may say the opening of a shop. go
there for stuff - don't bother us
BLACK MARKET (Yes there is a black market, virginia.)
If you know that you can get at the Black Market
then make use of the second packet on the Shops.
(To buy/sell stuff cheaper - you can get stuff out of
both envelopes at the Black Market Price.
