Packets are now becoming available. You can zephyr us to ask if yours
is ready, or you can call us here at the cluster at 253-0102. (Use
that ONLY IF YOU MUST! The phone's in the other room.) You can also
send us email. We will be relocating when the packets are done, so
check the rest of your mail before running to the phone!

Thank you all very much for your patience, and here's some other
relevant information, which will be available in my Public directory
(/mit/drhoads/Public/Game/addl-info), along with the scenario and the
rules, in a few moments.

If you get a deck and wish to use it, you should read the Greensheet
on Hacking. If you do not have one and you get a deck, please see the
GMs for one.

There are music cassettes around, labelled as singles. If you have
one, assume you can listen to it. It's a self-contained technology.

After 10 minutes in ZOC, you may look at a person's Physical Matrix.
After 10 minutes talking to someone, you may look at a person's Mental
Matrix. These are both on the same card. If the person is dead, you
may still see the Physical Matrix after 10 minutes in ZOC.

1-390 is a CyberHangout called The Web. If you can get to Cyberspace,
you can leave messages, anonymous or signed, in the notebook at the
frront of that room. You may also read anything in that notebook.

At midnight on SUNDAY, a cargo ship will be leaving Earth. You may be
able to special-order some items, if you like, before that time. It
will still arrive as scheduled. Passage to Earth is obtainable, but
expensive. To discuss arranging this, see a GM.

Here are some standard prices for items in Armstrong:
Local Economy (cost-item)
2 - Mainline
4 -- Stunner
1 - 1 hr oxygen for suit
5 - Suit
1 - Knife
4 - Katana/Machete
2 - Straight Razor
20 - Std. Deck (10MPU) - very low supply

Lastly, if you have a spare deck of cards, please bring it to the GMs.
We can't promise you that you'll get the same 52 cards back, but
you'll definitely get a full deck of matching cards.

Thanks again,
Debbie,
for the PeriGMs
