Hi folk,
I installed pthread1.6(beta6) on Solaris2.5.1. The configure
reported "sparc-sun-solaris2.4". That's fine. My problem is
that the socket shutdown() is not defined in pthread. Even I enable
HAVE_SYSCALL_SHUTDOWN in "config.h.in", machdep_sys_shutdown() is still
not defined.
I also tried to link pthread with -lsocket for importing
shutdown(). This turns out a lot of multiple definition errors between
libc.a and libpthread.a (like fflush and _iob).
Appreciate any suggestions.
