The most current one MIT thread distribution is to be found bundled
with the MySQL MIT thread distribution. Get it and check the files
mit-pthreads/Changes-mysql for all fixes and changes that have been
done since the last official MIT thread release.
Thierry> Will be the threads not supported anymore in the futur ?
Is long as I have use of the MIT threads in the MySQL distribution
I shall try to keep MIT threads up to date with all bug fixes
that I come across.
Thierry> Do you need some help and/or developpers ?
Yes! For example I haven't time to update a separate MIT thread
distribution. For now, anyone who wants to have a new MIT thread
distributionis forced to get it throgh the MySQL distribution.
Of course, because MyQL has lots of mirrors, this isn't that bad :)
Thierry> It's maybe time to react
Yes!

I think that Chris Provenzano would like that.
Chris, are you listening? If you want others to take over, could
you tell us the status of the new MIT thread version. Could you
maybe put out this 'unfinished' version someplace as an inspiration
for others to continue on?
