solaris 2.5.1 - some progress

in include/sys/cdefs.h _P was not getting defined and also
the word inline had to be #define'd to nothing. Also in
vfprintf I had to define quad_t and u_quad_t (remember i'm
NOT using GNU here).
The currently problem is the syscall.S file. The native Solaris
C compiler won't accept it.
Any ideas ?
