Hi all,
I'm using pthreads as a basis for investigating the applicability of
speculative and optimistic execution to OO programs.
I need to determine the following;
1) The time duration of each thread that is ever
created in the system.
2) Thread-switching and synchronisation overheads (exact timing).
Could someone please advise me as to how best this can be done, and where-
abouts I need hack the source code.
Thanks in advance.
Umesh.
