It is not completed yet. I haven't tested it.

/usr/include/pthread/linux-kernel and libc/sysdeps/pthread/linux-kernel.
Once it is done. Everything will be automatic.

The MIT pthreads functions are not in libc.a. They are in
libpthread.a or libMITpthread.a.
