Have you heard the joke about the mathematician and the physicist??
They were sitting in the living room when someone asked them how to
make a pot of tea. Both replied that you go into the kitchen, fill
the pot with water, and put it on the stove to boil.

Then the person asked 'What if you're already in the kitchen??'
The physicist replied, 'you fill the pot with water and put it on the
stove to boil.'
The mathematician replied, 'you walk to the living room and the
problem is already solved'

--------

There were two people in a hot air balloon. The wind made them drift
off course and all they could tell was that they were over a desert.
When they saw someone below, they asked him where they were. The
person thought about it for two minutes and replied "You are in a hot
air balloon over a desert." One person in the balloon said that "That
person must be a mathematician for 3 reasons...
	1) he thought about the question
	2) he gave a precise answer
	3) the answer was totally useless "
