I'm fairly sure that this is wrong.
Among other things, I believe you need to rebuild the compiler
and C libraries, as well as a few other things, and that the dependancies
are indeed more complex than one might hope for.
This gets discussed on current-users periodically. I would check
the archives (/afs/iastate.edu/public/ftp/pub/netbsd/mailing-lists)
to find out for sure...
