error using /mit/consult punt

Hi guys,
I'm mailing you about this, since punt works fine from other platforms... I
tried to do "punt zwgc" and got the following error. Can anyone clarify
what the problem is? /bin/csh does exist. The actual shell script is in
/mit/consult/src/shell-scripts/punt.
