Sure, there are quite a few people who do just this (usually in their
dorm rooms), although NetBSD is probably not as popular at MIT as
Linux is, at this point.
You can read print our current NetBSD installation document with:
attach sipb
dvips -h duplex /mit/sipb/doc/netbsd-install.dvi
You should know that in a couple of weeks, we expect to have an
updated installation procedure for the new NetBSD 1.1 release, so you
may want to wait for that.
