Well the first thing to note is that it does not run on all Macs. You
really want to look at the information at the following URL to find
out whether your Mac is supported, as well as a lot of other
information:

http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/mac68k/index.html

There are several utilities that run under MacOS that will allow you
to install NetBSD. I believe you'll need the install and booter, and
I have the feeling that there is another one that I'm forgetting. You
should get these utilities as well as a number of packages that
contain the necessary NetBSD binaries. The installer should allow you
to install the packages onto a disk, and you should be able to use the
booter to boot NetBSD. You should be able to find all of the stuff
you need to ftp through the above URL; with luck, you'll find some
better instructions too.
