The default is correct, they should not have valid shells.
I promised Yoav I would finish working on a better/more-consistent
version of the security report (it spews a lot on a regular basis. It
shouldn't do that. It should only say something when stuff is broken),
but I haven't gotten to it yet.
Maybe I'll get it done on Friday.
