One of the SIPB AFS servers has been spontaneously rebooting. We've
replaced the power supply on it, so it should be all better now.
We've also made /usr/athena and /usr/X11R6 replicated, so that they
will be less subject to outages when SIPB AFS servers have problems in
the future.
