You need to "cd ../compile/FOOWORLD" before running "make depend". In
order to build a kernel from our source tree, you also need to run (if
you haven't already):

	mkdir -p /usr/obj/sys/arch/i386/compile
	ln -s /usr/src/sys/arch/i386/include /usr/obj/sys/arch/i386/include

Now for the bad news: you shouldn't build a kernel from our sources
today, because we're working on some changes that cause the kernel not
to work just now. Hopefully the kernel sources will have stabilized
by tomorrow or the next day.

Also, if you do build a new kernel, you'll need to get a new version
of /usr/vice/etc/dkload/libafs1_0A.o.

After the NetBSD 1.1 release in mid-November, we will be splitting our
source tree into a production tree and a development tree so that we
won't have problems like this nearly as often.
