What you went on to show with "klist" and "tokens" is a perfectly
consistent state.  It is possible to have Kerberos tickets but no AFS
tokens; use the "aklog" command to get AFS tokens using your Kerberos
tickets.

Could you be more specific about what you're having trouble with?
