how to install netbsd via nfs??

Hi,
I followed every step from the Athena-NetBSD homepage, but there are
some problems. I wonder the instruction is wrong. In the mount command, I can't
pass that command and get stuck. I also checked the directory in 18.181.0.24,
and did not find any subdirectory named "u2" as written in the homepage. So,
please tell me how to install it. Thanks.
