I just noticed something. I have X11R6 local on my hard drive and that is
where I usually run xterm from. When I go in the link to your X11R6
(/afs/sipb.mit.edu/system/i386_nbsd1/usr/X11R6) the xterm works ok. When
I run the xterm from my X11R6 dir it seg faults. I will change my X11R6
to the link and see if that works ok.
