Hi all,
after a little bit more experimenting (which takes a while on this machine
for each login/logout), I've "isolated" the problem, but am not any closer
to finding a solution. The console now works fine all the time (don't know
what the problem was before), but I still get an error message on
logout... as a reminder:

I get this message *even if there is nothing in my .logout file*. That is,
if I move .logout someplace else, and just do "touch .logout" and logout, I
still get the stty error, followed by "Tickets destroyed." However, if I
have no .logout file, everything works fine! This doesn't make sense to me
-- is there a bug in console, session_gate, etc.? I was going to cc to
bugs, but think this is a NetBSD-Athena prob, since it doesn't happen on
other platforms... help?
Thanks,
Eric
