 Sir/Ma'am,

We at Worldwide Group of Companies are in the business of providing consultancy for immigration to Canada, United States of America (USA), United Kingdom (UK), New Zealand and Australia. We provide our clients with the complete immigration package-imparting education, providing legal assistance in immigration and helping out in settlement and placement to professional immigrants from all over the world.

Worldwide Group of Companies has different units to provide aforesaid immigration package. While the Group's educational institute, Canadian Institute for International Studies (CIIS), a partnership venture between WWICS and Georgian College of Canada and based in Mohali (India), is engaged in providing North American education to students who are desirous of making North America as their home, the Group's immigration unit, WWICS Canada, provides all legal assistance to prospective immigrants to Canada, US, Australia, New Zealand and UK. And the Group's settlement and placement unit, Global Placement Services takes care of eventual settlement and placement of immigrants.

Our recently Launched Education Division, World Wide Education Services (WWES) caters to the needs to the Indian Students who wish to study in Foreign Countries like
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK and others.

The Group's immigration unit, WWICS has evolved into the largest immigration firm in the world with over 45 offices located all over the world including in Canada, USA, Middle East and India including Business Associates all over the world. The group has major expansion as well by opening offices in twenty countries around the world in the next six months.

The reason behind writing this letter to you is that there are large number of students in South Asian, particularly in India, who have a burning desire to get educated in North American, European and Australian educational institutes. We would like to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by way of which we can be your representatives in getting students to your institute.

We would also like to stress upon you that since our business operations span all over the world, we have a very strong network of business associates. This in turn will give us a strong platform to draw students not only from South Asia but also from every part of the world.

As the first step towards this direction, we would like to know the following things:

1. Procedures and formalities necessary for gaining admission in your institute.
2. Referral amount that your institution would give us for each student that takes
admission in your institution on our referral.

3. All the courses, which you feel, have to marketed through Our office in India and
    abroad.
4. The fees that will be charged on the courses conducted.
5. Information about your Present Tie in India (if any)

Once you send us the aforesaid details then we can take our talks further towards signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

In case if you need any further clarification on this issue, please feel free to call the undersigned on +91 172 388893 Ext. 220
