I very deliberately said command line inc, not exmh's inc button.

I'm trying to simplify the problem to the fewest parameters
possible.  Depending on how you've configured exmh, it could be
doing various nonstandard things to your mail.  (One of the more
common is that if you've turned on "presort inc", which uses
slocal and your ~/.maildelivery file, exmh will file messages
which fail the sorting process into the folder +MyIncErrors .)
