Partial Athena-ization

(Sorry about the last, incomplete message.)
I have a NetBSD/Amiga machine with AFS (via Arla). I'd like to
partially Athena-ize it. In other words, I'd like to type in my Athena
username and password at the xlogin screen. I'd like kerberos tickets
and AFS tokens to appear magically. I'd like my Athena dotfiles to run.
This only has to work for me -- nobody else will ever log in to my
machine anyhow. It would be nifty if this would also work over remote
logins (telnet/ssh).
So how do I accomplish this? I'm perfectly willing to build stuff and
keep it on my local machine; I can understand a lack of enthusiasm
toward maintaining binaries for @sys = m68k8_nbsd1, so I'll deal with
that myself. The information I need is mostly about setup stuff
(directory structure, necessary configuration files, rc stuff perhaps).
Please let me know if I need to provide any additional information.
Thanks much for your help.
