For the protocol, you want "Busmouse" and for the device, you want
"/dev/pms0" as Thomas said.  You probably also want to add
"Emulate3Buttons".

If you're working from an XF86Config file used under Linux, then your
big stumbling block is probably the protocol.  Linux uses different
protocols for different bus mice, whereas NetBSD makes them all appear
the same to the X server.
