Meta-anything is treated as the -anything without the Meta in emacs on
the console.
Sample entry from /etc/ttys:
ttyv0 "/usr/libexec/getty Pc" vt220 on secure
Initially, these were
ttyv0 "/usr/libexec/getty Pc" pcvt25 on secure
but this results in Num Lock being gratuitously turned on all over the
place, which my laptop does not appreciate.
What can I do?
